“5 Minute Fix”

Bring your PC or laptop to our shop and show us what you need help with.  If it takes 5 minutes or less to solve your problem then there is no charge.

Must take 5 minutes or less.  Limited by technician availability.

Maximum service charge ranges from $39.95 to $49.95 depending on the severity of the problem.

Scanning

Use our HP 6550 flat bed scanner to scan documents or pictures.  We will assist you if needed.

15 minute time limit on scanner (per day / per customer).

$0.50 per picture (full service)

Scanning

Use our HP 6550 flat bed scanner to scan to convert you 35mm negatives to PC formats.  Assistance available.

Terminals

We have 2 computer terminals available with high speed internet access available for your use.

30 minute time limit on terminal (per day / per customer).

No extended services available for on-site internet access.

Wireless Internet Access

(Registration required)

Stop in and register your PC on our network to access the Daidalus wireless network (close vicinity only).

No time limit.  Only available during business hours.

No extended services avilable for wireless internet access.

Full Service

E-Mail Accounts

Register for one of our free full service e-mail accounts.  Most name choices are still available on the

free-tek.com domain.

Limit one account per customer.

No extended services avilable for e-mail.

Internet File

Upload Service

(Assisted)

Use our high speed internet connection to upload files from the internet which are too large to upload over a dial-up connection.

(limitations apply)

Limit 50 MB per instance.  One instance per customer per week.

$10.00 per gigabyte.  Pre-scheduled off hours only.

FAX Service

(Assisted)

Use our free FAX service to send or receive up to 2 pages (outgoing calls must be in continental U.S.).

Limit 2 pages per customer per week.

$0.25 per page after first 2 pages.

Copy Service

(Assisted)

We will run up to 2 pages of free one-sided black and white copies.

Limit 2 pages per customer per week.

$0.25 per page after first 2 pages.
